Manage (1-To-Team) – The Manage Engagement is where we assign a project manager to directly coordinate work through you and your team. The entire team is involved and their actions are directly managed by the project manager. Read More
Done-For-You – The Done-For-You Engagement is where a client brings an idea or business venture to our firm and needs it fully developed and implemented with minimal involvement from the client.
Clarity – Clarity helps clients understand in full detail their current place and articulate where they want to be, who are their clients, and what/how they provide true genius work.
Vision – Vision builds the map and game plan with a greater understanding of the path, what obstacles may pop up, what resources are needed, and what is the most direct route versus the best route
Journey – Journey builds and implements sustainable systems, processes, and products along clearly defined milestones to establish vibrant business results
Each level covers the same methodology throughout the engagement by:
Preparation – Preparing and clearly defining the objectives for each session.
Live Strategy Sessions – Live sessions to work through specific roadblocks or strategic areas. During the sessions we delve deep into the specific steps needed to move forward and establish clear action plans.
Assignments – Assignments may come from the live sessions or through additional efforts between sessions. Since not all progress and work can be done in a single session, assignments help systematically work the client through each step and lead to breakthrough strategy and tactics.
Unlimited Support – Ongoing support is provided through email and primarily through the Collaboration Platform. Work throughout the week and between sessions continues through regular follow-up and action items.
Collaboration Platform – We utilize a private Client Portal that services as the central point for coordinating all engagement activities and work. The platform is based within Liquid Planner, a collaborative project management platform.
1st Milestone – Clarity on Who/What/How needs to be accomplished through the engagement
2nd Milestone – We build a vision and “Game Plan” to understand the current situation and the path to your objectives
3rd Milestone – We then build and leveraged a Marketing Funnel (Web Presence, Social Media, Email, etc.), work with you to staying on track throughout the Journey, generating results and metrics that serve as the guides for improvement, while the entire time Optimizing Your Business.
